Tragedy of IITians

Bored of reading novels about IIT life?? Even more bored of reading about how IITians live?? I am pretty much sure you agree to the fact that these bloody geeks, full day muggers, specs-bearers, all they ever do is to solve equations; studying day in and day out, making life hell for everyone.
Well, so here it is, a real life conversation, between two IITians (you know, two of those top 50 geeks, muggers), on which courses to take: (uncensored version, except wherever mentioned)
[the square bracket contents are comments, which I am putting in now...]

{After you have read the first para... } Poor us. Simple fellows, taking blames and abuses for no fault of ours.. :(

Bal Thackrey: The latest comment

Here is the latest action from Mr Thackrey, "The Australian players shouldn't be allowed in Mumbai in response to the racist attacks on Indians in Australia.".
The point being, if Mr Thackrey was to be even a single bit logically consistent, then, even Sachin Tendulkar shouldn't be allowed inside Mumbai, due to the racist attacks on "Indians" in Maharashtra by the MNS and Shiv Sena. Now, that's a pretty bad prospect, isn't it?? :(
Mr Thackrey, please reconsider your statement, or even better, consider your age and let poor Uddhav do something.
(Hopefully, no one in Australia ever heard or read about Mr Thackrey's comment, and even if someone did, they never wrote it, like I am doing.. :P)

IPL-3 - Exclusion of Pakistani Players

Dear Foreign Ministry of Pakistan,
Hello and warm wishes. Hopefully you are fine and alive.
I recently read about your views that the exclusion of players from your country from IPL-3 is a fault of the Indian Government and that it will strain the relations between the two countries. Well, I agree, perfectly with the fact that it will increase the tension a bit, but apparently they are high anyways.
What actually surprises me is the latest statement by your PM saying that you can't curb any attacks of the sort of 26-11 and I must say that the statement was made at a very unfruitful time.
Now, let's see. Some militants hi jack a plane from our country, and we ask you to hand them over to us, you don't. People trained in your country attack our Parliament, and are running free in your country. We handle you lists of 23, 42, 50 terrorist every year or so, and the extremely supportive Pakistani Government does nothing. Let's look at the latest, we ask you for the planners of 26-11 and the best you do is to lock them in their bloody own cozy homes for what, 2-3 months. The following statement was made on some particular terrorist, not so much in the past, "He is a citizen of Pakistan, and proceedings would be run in Pakistani jurisdiction. No handing over to India."
Even after a lot of happenings, the neat way in which you guys have put the blame on the Government of India, a brilliant step diplomatically and I must congratulate you for the same. I mean seriously, what if 200 people died in the Mumbai attacks, we must allow the Pakistani players in our country. Not just the players, we must also start allowing the guests and of course, the 'citizens of Pakistan' (nothing personal with the Pakistani public, it's just for their Government, and the aforementioned 'citizens of Pakistan'. Due respect to the common people over there too.) to watch the IPL-3 games. And free tickets to the Taliban accompanying them.
And I totally agree with you, that the IPL and the Indian franchisees should be severely punished. They just sacrificed millions of dollars in Pakistan, just to pay their tribute to those who died in those attacks. I mean, who does that. And that too, at the cost of straining the relations between two nations. This is disgusting. If only, I were to have the power to do so, I would have punished them, sentenced Lalit Modi to at least two life times in prison. But unfortunately, he and the others are the citizens of India. and proceeding would be run in Indian jurisdiction, which is a bit slow as you see. Ohh never mind, it's faster than yours still.
Hopefully, you are still alive and not blown up by some bomb or suicide attack.

Regards,
A common Mumbaikar.....
